Rosie Holidays Group scoops 2 awards in Service and Sustainability

Rosie Travel Group, took home two awards that recognized their efforts in service and sustainability during the Prime Minister’s International Business Awards.

Managing Director Tony Whitton said, winning the Best Sustainability Initiative Award and Excellence in Service Award, was a testament to the hard work and dedication of their 700 plus staff members, who have been committed to providing exceptional service and contributing to a sustainable future.

“Our businesses operate a broad spectrum of tourism and hospitality industries, and we’re delighted today to be able to celebrate the recognition of tourism and hospitality companies that have excelled in customer service and service excellence and also in sustainability,” he said.

“These are two very critical aspects of the tourism industry,” Whitton added.

He said their win also recognizes their investment in electric vehicles where their vehicles are powered by the sun.

He also added that the awards recognize their contribution to their Ahura Resorts Conservation Foundation, whereby they are planning to plant close to 5000forest trees on the islands of Malolo, their programs in the community where they operate the kindergartens, as well as operating water storage mechanisms and tremendous investment in coral reef planting.

“We’re going to celebrate it, we’re going to sustain it, and we do want to do our bit to be able to contribute to that Success,” added Whitton.
