The Fiji National Provident Fund is the country’s sole retirement savings fund. Established in 1966, the Fund has grown from humble beginnings to the $9.5 billion financial powerhouse it is today. The Fund collects compulsory and voluntary contributions from employers and members. It provides full and pre-retirement benefits for its 405,000+ members.
As a major investor and property owner, the Fund proudly supports the Prime Minister’s International Business Awards, particularly the Employer of the Year award. Since our inception, we have had a close relationship with employers, because of the role they play in our members’ retirement savings. This is not just an award, but a recognition for the immense contribution of employers around the country, to the retirement savings of thousands of members and pensioners.
