Mark One Apparel is the supplier of sports uniform to 11 NRL, 5 AFL and 5 Super League Clubs. The company has also secured the Fiji Rugby Union License. According to judges, Mr. Halabe has what it takes to be a leader. Judges commended him for his humbleness and ‘can do’ attitude in growing his business.

As Chief Executive Officer of Hygiene and Sanitization Services, Mr. Tazim is passionate about his company and the staff who work with him. His participative management style coupled with the company’s dedication to customer service has seen the company win a number of awards and citations. Transitioning from a police officer into the family business was not easy, but dedication and hard work has seen his business grow from 9 employees a decade ago to 120 employees now. Mr. Tazim’s leadership roles extend into the wider community including Chairman of the Lautoka Rotary Club and along with his company, he has been involved in many other community fundraising activities and is an inspiration to all who know him
