Headquartered in Fiji with projects across 13 Pacific Islands which exports accounting for over 70% of total project value. Established in 2006, the company now provides turnkey renewable energy projects in rural communities, not only reducing their fuel bill but also the emission of greenhouse gases in the environment. The company, since its humble beginning more than a decade ago has transformed from a small business to a large private company with 100 percent Fijian workforce. The company has a clear objective of its future growth in the form of a 5-year development plan. Judges commended the company for its contribution towards the generation of clean energy in the region resulting in socio- economic development of small island vulnerable states. This will lead to and achieve a sustainable economic growth for Fiji and the pacific.

    Sunergise Fiji Ltd aims to be the innovator and trusted provider of sustainable energy solutions – energising lives, businesses and communities across the Pacific. Sunergise was founded in 2012 as first pan-Pacific solar power utility and today is Oceania’s largest private operator of solar assets across 11 countries. The company has completed over 20 major projects, including the world’s largest marina installation at Port Denarau, and through their solar installations have saved 7,700 metric tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions. Both total and export revenue has tripled over the past three years with staff numbers doubling. Judges praised the company’s innovative business model, detailed and clear growth strategy and their commitment to sustainability.
